Photo documentation
As part of our service standard, we photograph vehicles before and after towing or private-property removal. These photos are retained for a limited period to resolve any damage claims or ownership disputes, and are not used for marketing without separate consent.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to complete a service — for example, with your insurer for direct billing, or with the applicable municipal authority for private property impound compliance.

Service authorization
By requesting a tow or roadside service by phone, online form, or in person, you confirm that you are the vehicle's owner or are authorized by the owner to request service, and you agree to the charges quoted by dispatch or your operator before work begins.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless direct billing has been pre-arranged with your insurer or a standing account has been set up (dealership, fleet, or property management account). We accept cash, credit card, debit, and e-Transfer.
Liability & damage claims
Our operators use flatbed-first equipment and damage-conscious recovery technique. Any damage claim related to a tow or recovery should be reported within [INSERT NUMBER] days of service, with reference to the photo documentation taken at time of service, to office@parkertowandgo.ca.
Private property towing
Vehicles removed under our private property towing program are removed in accordance with the City of Edmonton's private property towing bylaw and signage requirements then in effect.
